2000 Official Rules
The following
promotion is intended for viewing and participation in the United States only
and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United
States. Do not proceed in this site if you
are not a legal resident of the United States.

PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto
Rico) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. All kid’s entries must
be made by an their parent or legal guardian who are 18 years or older at the
time of sweepstakes entry. Employees of
Premium Network, its agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales
representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members
of the immediate families or household of each are not eligible.
2. How to
Enter: To enter, beginning December 20, 2000, complete an official entry form available on Premium Kids Network.
Follow the instructions for submitting an entry. All information must be complete for the entry to be
processed. Electronic entries must be
submitted between 12:01 a.m. EST on December 20, 2000 and 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2001. All electronic
entrants must have a valid email address.
These entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Parents must enter their kids in this
contest. Limit one entry per contest,
per month. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Rules for
this giveaway are located on the Premium Kids site (http://premiumkids.com).
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damages,
illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
With respect to electronic entries, Sponsor is not responsible for
computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software
or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer
transmissions or network connections that or human or technical in nature or
for problems downloading entries from the web site or for any other technical
problems related to web site entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information,
whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human
error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. All
entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. Winner
Selection: Winner will be selected
from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing to be held on
March 1, 2001 by Premium Network, the judges of the sweepstakes, whose
decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning
depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be posted on the Premium Kids
website. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person
submitting an electronic entry, we will pick another winner from all other
eligible entries. Winners will be
required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity
release within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in
forfeiture of prize. Winner's guest (or
parent or legal guardian of guest if guest is a minor) will be required to sign
and return a liability/publicity release prior to departure.
4. Prizes:
One Grand
Prize: $100 gift certificate to the toy store of your choice
Total value of all prizes: $100
Limit one prize per person/household. No prize transfers, cash redemptions or
substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. In case of unavailability of any prize, sponsor reserves right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Prizes won by minors will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent
or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all necessary documents.
5.
By entering, participants, (a) agree to be bound by the
official rules and the decisions of the judges; (b) agree to release Sponsor
and its agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting
from participation in this sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession use
and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledges that Sponsor and its
agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any
warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law,
relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical
condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of
his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes
in connection with this sweepstake without additional compensation, unless
prohibited by law. Winner will be
responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize. Subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the electronic portion of the
sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the
Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or property play of the
sweepstakes.
6.
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped
